Hello! I discovered winmatrix almost ayear ago but i was finifhing my studies at the time and didn't have much time on my hands! I always detested the themes in the original installation of my winXP and always thought of ways to customize the appearance.
Anyway i studied interior decoration and graphics design and i have a ton of ideas but i don't know how to implement them! Could someone please tell me where can i find the Utils to create themes, icons, Skins
etc.? :no:  Of course i'll be posting them here as soon as i make them!
