The default TrueTransparency theme sucks, and all of the others i have found seem to be ripoffs of each other, all of them low-quality and having only 3 or less colors.
Never fear! I've released a new version of my Windows 7 TrueTransparency skin. When you compare it to a Windows 7 screenshot, you practically won't be able to tell the difference!

Perfect Windows 7 Taskbar and Start Menu for XP

This is the perfect Windows 7 Taskbar and Start Menu for Windows XP powered by ViGlance and ViStart.
Skin made by me.
Download Now
Installation Instructions (Windows XP recommended):
-Download and install ViStart and ViGlance.
-Extract the contents of my skin's ZIP file
-Exit ViStart and ViGlance from the notification area
-Select "ViStart" and "ViGlance" in the extracted ZIP file and press Ctrl+C
-Navigate to C:\Program Files
-Press Ctrl+V and click OK on all dialogs
-Start ViGlance and ViStart (in that order)
-Open ViGlance Preferences, and uncheck the ViOrb option (if checked)
-Configure the ViSoftware the way you like them
-Follow the Install Fonts instructions below
-Done!

Introduction:
From Wikipedia: Windows Aero was revised to be more touch-friendly. For example, the title bar buttons are now slightly bigger.
Then how come all of the other skins have vista buttons and resources? Because they didn't bother to update the buttons and images. So, I extracted everything from aero.msstyles to bring you this skin.
Please look at the Feature List below:

Installation:
Extract the contents of the ZIP file. Copy "Border Skin 0.2.9" to wherever you want it. Run "Border Skin.exe" and configure the settings.

Notes:
You do not need to follow the following instructions if you are using Vista or 7.
To install Segoe UI font, just go in the "Segoe UI" folder and copy all of the files to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts. You're done!
To enable cleartype for the optimal aero experience, right-click a blank area of the desktop,
click properties, click the appearance tab, click effects, check font smoothing, and from
the drop-down list, select cleartype. Click OK on all windows.
