So I'm very new to all this VS stuff. How exactly does it all work. I've already patched all the UxTheme.dll files etc. Now whats the next step in actually installing them. Is it simple clicking on it in the Personalization options or do you have to replace system files?
(I'm running windows 7 home premium)
