HELP Truetransparency crashes my XP

Hello friends...
Whenever I run TrueTransparency 1.4 it gives BSOD(blue screen). I also use Aston2 and winstep(trial). Does it have any conflict with those?
How can I have transparent borders other than TT? Borderskin is too slow?

Glow plug in for ubericon

Is there any plug in for ubericon which will show glow effects for ubericon similar to one in iconX. How plug ins can be made for it.

Dear Friends
I tried Styler to change toolbar icons. It did change them. However when I mouse over on icons or files or folders sometimes I get a very ugly appearance as I have shown with green arrow. Please help me get rid of it.
