The font used in the new Adobe icons is “Guage” by Robert Slimbach (designer of "Myriad Pro" font).

I'm using Vista so I can't make XP login screens now but you can do this yourself.

For using it on Windows XP, open LogonUI.exe (C:\Windows\System32) with Resource Hacker and replace the images.
Then use replacer to replace the file.
