and no matter what the outcome, i know how much effort goes into making a style
Unfortunatly i do not know the answers to all your questions,- Is there any way to make the Caption Buttons in Basic more Aero-like?
- How can I change the WMP and Windows Photo Gallery Basic Background Color?
Thanks in advance
but if you see my HEX-EDITING tutorial it will explain how to change the background colour in WMP BASIC.
Good Luck

Thats because the progress bars do not need to be hex-edited to change the colour.i dont see the progress bar color yet! :S k continue with the good business
Using a Resource Hacker (e.g Restorator 2007)
Simply extract the images from the Resources/Themes/*Theme Folder*/*Theme*.msstyle/image folder
Sorry I havn't had time to forfill your request
Thanks for all your comments

Wow, See this somewhere beforeTHIS is what you need to do
Navigate to c:windows/resources/themes/*Named Theme Folder*/en-US
The aero.msstyles.mui must be re-named to the same name as the themes .msstyle
for example: if the .msstyle is named Vista Classic.msstyle... Then the mui file must be named Vista Classic.msstyle.mui.
Thank you Raphael
