Good job Villain.
I have a strange feeling that the new start menu on Windows 8.1, might be closer to what Villain has instead of what Windows 7 is has once it's RTM. Microsoft has changed Windows 8 so much already, and why wouldn't the start menu be change also!?
There is no start menu on Windows 8.1. There will only be a button back on the taskbar that will take you to the Start Screen.

So, it runs Windows, eh? I hope it can boot to the desktop, and has an optional Start Menu that we can use instead of Metro!!11

In all seriousness, looks nice. I might pick one up if funds allow.

Awesome! Windows 8 will bring great apps to Windows. Adobe actually had Photoshop Express available on the web for a very long time, but I don't know why they did not develop it into a native app that could run on Windows 7 - http://www.photoshop...s/expresseditor
Windows 7 only apps fell apart after Adobe AIR collapsed, and XP users began to bitch that they were left out.

So, Google banned the use of Microsoft Windows back in 2010, yet he wants to talk about "negativity"?
Google's software for Windows is crappy at best, Google Earth alone crashes more times than a drunk driver in a crowded city, and their services are completely unusable without ad/tracking blockers. If Page is upset he isn't mining my data, then as far as I'm concerned, he can go QQ more in the corner.
