ok, I am in the market for a few things, but I need opinions.

My budget is $200, I really can't go much over that (and that includes shipping), maybe a little bit over.

Here is what I need
Motherboard:
1 AGP Slot
At Least 3 PCI slots
168-pin SDRAM (This one is optional, motherboards that support 168-pin seem to be hard to find)

Processor:
A Pentium 4 3.0Ghz or equivalent that works with the motherboard

RAM:
If I can't find a mobo that uses 168-pin SDRAM, I'll need at least 512MB of RAM that will work with the Motherboard. I will add more at a later time

Computer case
with power supply (at least 300W)
with side vent (for keeping my video card cool)
Window preferred, not required.
and obviously, the motherboard must fit it :D

The catch is, it has to be from Tiger Direct.
I've found a few combinations that will work, but I need to see what other people would do in my position

The good news is, once I replace those parts, I will not be using any of the parts that I got from Gateway when I ordered my PC about 3 years ago :D
