Oh my god! I remember using Floopy disks when I was in elementary, they're pretty much unless now.

i used a floppy 2 years ago! That's mainly cause the new CPU's @ school does not have floppy disk drives, instead they have USB ports in front.

Last time I used the floppy was about a month ago. I wanted to update my motherboard's BIOS and, when the company sent them to me...they needed to be on a floppy. I had already thrown out all of my floppys about a year earlier.

Guess that floppy drive did come in handy. I almost threw it out.

I use a floppy disk everyday, I like to store my passwords on them because it's very safe to save onto the floppy and leave the floppy out of the disk drive, untill you need to use it again

dont even have a floppy on my comp, usb drives are the works for me

My PC and this laptop did not even come with a floppy drive, if i need to put files from this laptop to an older one, i have to use my jumpdrive.

i guess that those are the new floppys now.

Floppys are cool. It's so cool to insert them in the computer and press the button to eject them :)


That also made me giggle.

I use floppies to hold bad things. :)

The last time I needed it is when I installed Windows, i needed a driver for my harddisk...

ya sometimes we need it for bios update too.
but i actually hate it last time i used floppy was 3 years ago
and i think flash memos are better alternative
