You have to uninstall it and then reinstall it ;)

lol yea i know i tried that, didnt do nothing but restart my computer then put it back on, keeps doing it everytime i reboot. i dont get it.

Steps:

1.Switch off all Antivirus/Firewall Software during the whole process
1.Uninstall old packs
2.Delete all *.bak files (use Windows Search to locate them)
3.Reboot
4.Install
;)

You don't need it , but when you want the Vista Toolbar , you have to get Styler 1.38

Well, it should work on SP1,too, you probably didn't read the site mindfully and forgot :

-Please switch off your Antivirus / Firewall
Software in order to get it installed properly ! [File Protection]

-Please uninstall other packs, before installing VCP v3

-Please do not reinstall the pack without uninstalling it !

-Furthermore you have to remove all *.bak files from system manually after uninstalling it. Now you can reinstall it.

-You need the Xvid Codec (free) in order to use the Screensavers and show the Preview

JoeJoe, in the video, it looked like you were able to open the new Display Properties and System Properties by right clicking on the desktop->Properties and right clicking on My Computer->Properties. I can't seem to get this to work. The only way I can get it to do this is by using the shortcuts added to the desktop. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!

Well, this isn't a bug. It is supposed to work like that .
In VCP v3.1 it is supposed to work like that, the video was made from the old build.

Please dicuss all bugs, questions and improvements @ our forum:
http://www.vcpforum.cjb.net/

it is a lot easier to check one central place then all the forum site's where vcp is posted

well joejoe i did all that first thing and i got what u see in the screen shot im gunna reinstall it

Then you should install Sp2.
We didn't test SP 1 yet, so thanks for the notice ;)
