Does anyone know of an app. like Photobooth for OSX, just for Windows, or even a program to apply the same type of effects for any pic you have? Thanks.,...

P.S, does anyone know where i can get a webcam for under 20 $?

Also, does iSight plug in through the USB port (so could i use it on windows?)

Try edealinfo.com or newegg.com for the webcam.

get a webcam at wal mart, and put the picture in photoshop and voila...you have a homemade photobooth.

You might try Photoboof, a photobooth program for Windows. It's pretty slick, exactly duplicates the classic photobooth type experience: takes 4 pictures, assembles them to a strip, and prints them out. I built an actual photobooth with it and rent it out for weddings etc. And it does Mac Photo booth one better by allowing you to use regular digital cameras, not just webcams, so you can get really good pictures, with flash and the whole bit.

Not familar with photobooth's affect. But I've heard it mentioned when people talk about Logitech webcams. Are you talking about adding things into the feed someone sees? Like devil horns onto a picture?

If so, the Logitech webcams have that software. At least the ones with facetracking (my quickcam didn't come with any software besides drivers)

snapstrip.com has an application like photobooth, but for Windows. It has effects, speechbubbles, stickers, and can publish directly to photo sharing sites.

There are tons of webcams under 20$. However they are not very good. The quality of webcams vary wildly. I suggest either buying logitech, or doing research.
