I agreee with everyone here about miranda, but it's so unstable, AIM uses too much memory so ... Trillian after all.

=/
In Linux I'd prefer gaim, but the Windows version is just too buggy for me to consider using (that nasty buddy info popup that NEVER GOES AWAY).

Having said that, I love Trillian. I love just having 1 profile for 5 different protocols, and not having to log on to all of them individually. When you first get it, you'll probably hate it, but once you...*ahem* "acquire" a pro version and skin it to look nice, youll fall in love.

If your in Linux or in OS X and you can have KDE running, use Kopete.
It is like Gaim with multi-connectivity, but you can change the interface of the messages, even to an ichat style.

Is anyone currently using this plugin? I can't seem to get it working properly. I have properly installed it I think. I have enabled it in my Plugin Options. Not sure how to get the transparency and skins working. Pretty new with Trillian so any help would be super nice. Thanks a lot guys!

PS I can see a transparent buddylist but I can't use it and I also have my physical (original) buddylist as well. WTf!
