I saw this on Engadget a few days back.

Its a new interface system that Sony has developed that lets the user place tiles upon an LCD grid system to use the tiles like seprate applications. All the tiles are touch sensitive and can be placed in any of the grids. The tiles can be placed next to each other in order to transfer data from app to app seamlessly.

Hope that answers any (and i mean ANY) questons you have

and BTW, i DONT work for Sony, i just love their products
