I have downloaded my favorite app to burn audio CD's ... but it had Open Candy crap with it.

Of course Malwarebytes Premium had found it and quarantined the file. So I just deleted the file and restarted my PC.

Is my PC is now SAFE ? May I use the burn CD application too? The application is called "CDburnerXP".

What should I do? Is my PC .... alright ?

You can find CDburnerXP without OpenCandy on this page:

https://cdburnerxp.se/en/download

Look for Default installer (Without OpenCandy).

Yes, I'm pretty sure your PC is safe now.

Yes, I'm pretty sure your PC is safe now.

Yea, I have scanned with Malwarebytes Premium, Junkware Removal Tool, HitmanPro and Bitdefender Adware Removal Tool. Nothing shows up.

I also used AdwCleaner, it did found some basic stuff but not harmful.

I just have to be careful about what to download. I am now using a passport as "downloads folder" and stuff.
