Hello, everyone, I am using Windows 8.1.  I'm not 100% sure where to ask this question, because it's about a DOS command, so I figured I'd post it here.

I need a bit of help with the DIR command and I'm just not getting it to work.

I need the DIR command to generate a list of folders and subfolders on a DVD.  But I absolutely do NOT want the file names generated.  I haven't been able to accomplish this.

I've tried dir /b/s and dir/o/n/b/s and dir /a:n and I still get a list of the files.

Anyone know what the correct command sequence is?  I'm probably overlooking something utterly obvious, aren't I?

Thanks!  Jd
