Snowdrop Engine video from GDC 2014. The engine will be used Ubisoft's new game in Tom Clancy's The Division coming in Q4 2014 for PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Beautiful engine demo:

I'm honestly super excited for this game to release! It's going to be a superb engine along with frostbite 3! After playing games on Frostbite 3 on my Xbox One I just couldn't go back to playing anything without the upgraded engines. I'm likely to feel the same way about this

I love the lighting and shadow of smoke. Really very nice looking engine.

That is some insane level of detail. Hopefully Ubisoft doesn't pull a Watch_Dogs on this as well.

Looks like this will be the next "can it run crysis?"

Don't worry, the PC version of Watch_Dogs won't be downgraded. The new footage of Watch_Dogs is from the console version.

Here you go.

Ubisoft used PC for demonstrating the game at E3 in 2012 for the PS4 promotion. But later when PS4 came out, they had to downgrade the graphics because the console didn't have enough power to run the game on its full settings.

Now the Creative Director of Watch_Dogs said that the PC version of the game will look even better than the E3 2012 build.
