Hi i want to know if anyone here has any idea how to customize this.

I am not very pleased with how it looks.

Before anyone suggests i uninstall some OSD software ... i don't have any OSD Software installed it is the Windows8 default OSD that appears when the volume is changed via keyboard media keys.

Are you sure? Man that sucks there has to be a way. Windows used to be so customize-able. :(

Nope. Windows didn't even have built-in overlay like that until in Windows 8. Up till Windows 7, we were putting up with really ugly (and sometimes laggy) heads-up displays, made by OEMS. That wasn't customizable either. At least the Windows 8 one looks decent.

Go download Volume2. Best volume OSD app I've found on the internet. I just happen to pass by here so I might not reply here anymore. If you want to ask something about it (since the blog is in Russian and I was able to find my way around it), message me on facebook or email me.
