From now on, you will notice a "play" unicode character on your browser's tab if a YouTube's video is playing in it. If you pause the video, the "play" character disappears. It's a great way to find a "noisy" tab, especially if you open more than one YouTube video.

 

Chrome is working on it's own audio indicator (animated throbber) for the noisy tabs:
