The next-generation Kepler Mobile chip can enable smartphones and tablets to run DirectX 11 graphics. In the video below, the first demo shows what the iPad can do, and it cuts over to Battlefield 3, a high-end PC game running on the Kepler Mobile chip after that.

Really great but iPad is sadly a current-gen standard. Game developers won't take interest in making a DirectX 11 game for 1% Kepler equipped tablets.
