Avast Browser Cleanup for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome  allows you to disable or remove the annoying toolbars and plugins. There's also an automatic rating system allows the user to immediately see how other users like an add-on, if they are confused if they should remove the add-on or not.

If you don't want to remove a certain plugin or add-on, you can disable it for time being which switches off its functionality but the add-on itself persists on disk. You can undo this action just by clicking “Enable”.

The tool is portable and don't required to be installed.

Download: Avast Browser Cleanup

If you have Avast antivirus installed. You already have the browser cleanup  Click on Security > Tools > Browser Cleanup > Start Avast Browser Cleanup now.

I'll keep it in my Flash drive for removing useless plugins from my parents PCs within a few seconds. (Y)

Yeah, and the first thing it should do is to remove/uninstall the biggest bloatware - IE.
