Opera browser is best known for its "Turbo" feature, a data compression technology used in Opera Mini. It can also be enabled in the desktop version of Opera.

Opera Software today acquired Skyfire mobile browser and its "Rocket Optimizer" technology for optimizing and compressing videos for smartphones and tablet users.

Skyfire will remain an independent entity as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Opera, and will continue to develop and support the Skyfire browser.

I have used Skyfire. You can watch Flash videos on your phone with it even if your phone doesn't support Flash.
