How to do this

Press Windows key + R
In the appearing window, type gpedit.msc
Hit "Enter"
Then in the appearing window select "User ConfigurationAdministrative TemplatesWindows Components"
Now "Windows Components" --->  Store  ---> Double Click on "Windows Store"

In next appearing window, Select "Enabled"
Then Click on "OK"

why on earth would you want to disable the store??? It doesn't nag you or anything, it's just there, and it does nothing unless you choose to do something with it!
