I want to ask that, can Counter-Strike: Source be played offline same like Counter-Strike: Condition Zero?
When i run the game i see only two options which are Create Server and Find Server.

If there are bots for it, how can i use them?
How can i play the game offline?

well i havent tested it but logically i would say you would have to set up a server on your computer then just fill it with bots and yourself and perhaps make it a password protected so noone else walks in? i dont know never done it myself so i could be way off, but that is what i suggest.

After creating server with a password, open the console window by pressing "`" key (above the left tab key) and type "bot_add"

bot_add t for adding a terrorist
bot_add ct for adding a counter terrorist

I read somewhere that you still need internet connection to play offline.

You still need internet because you have to login to Steam once.
Check on "remember password" and after login, go to offline mode.
Next time you won't need to connect to internet.

I don't know much about Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source so don't quote me

Guys ... Running steam-down and latest ver of CSS, How can I run a LAN Game without Steam checking for a valid account. "Invalid Steam ticket" message everytime.

Is there a way to Run CSS "OFFLINE" ? With no Internet?

Thanks in advance

Ive played it with both my PCs. Just create server with one and find server with the other. Then click LAN tab. You can add bots but usually only 2 at a time. As long as you dont connect to someone elses server you can use the same account for both, for now.

You still need to log on to steam so completly offline is probably not an option.

Yes, you can't play it completely offline, but once you login to Steam you can play it offline. Go to create server, add your bots and your password (which won't be neccessary if it is offline), and then start the game. I don't think it is much fun playing w/ bots and all, but whatever. You can still do it.

Also jlzhisname it isn't possible to run a LAN game using Steam-Down. You have to actually have the game and then use the real Steam to run the game otherwise you will get the error. As I said earler about running CS:S offline too, you will have to login through the internet, but after that you won't need a connection.

I hope this answers all of your questions. BTW if you want to play w/ me sometime just PM me or something so we can set a date and everything.

You are going to find nothing of this nature here. We do not support warez in any way, shape, or form.

Now you don't have to type "bot_add" in the console window.
In the updated version of CS:S you'll see a checkbox for using bots and you can set the difficulty also

So now you just choose a map, choose the number of bots, set the difficulty and play the game offline ;)

anyway, even if you do have warez or keygen or watever, you will never crack steam, learn how steam CS KEY works first
