Today the 6th of September, the Windows 8 Store App Count passed the 1K milestone. Earlier today, it was cruising around 992 in total, and now we can report that Microsoft has achieved what many thought was impossible: rally the Developer base to develop for Windows 8 Metro. Not only are the Metro Apps in the store the majority, quality apps are starting to appear too.

To be honest I haven't found anything useful yet. The only app I'm using is the weather app.
