Its not full change but make some change in your windows 8 theme.

We will design new theme for win 8 soon and we will add it in skin pack.

Yes, this program just replaces three dll files in your system. It's safe.

 

If you still don't want to replace the system files then use UxStyle. It patches the system files in RAM only whenever you start your PC.
