Is this program safe?

Yes, this program just replaces three dll files in your system. It's safe. ;)

If you still don't want to replace the system files then use UxStyle. It patches the system files in RAM only whenever you start your PC.

This program IS NOT SAFE if you want to keep updating your computer, updating will maybe cause unbootable PC. Use UxStyle instead as it doesn't replace any system files.

It broke my PC.

Hello, I tried to set myself a custom theme on windows 8.

The theme was the one I found here: http://www.deviantar...final-341470041

My issue is that I patched the system, restarted & and set the theme.

The next moment I put the theme, the thing just went mad, blinked black and bit lighter black.

After that it threw me to login screen, after re authorizing it throws me back to login again, and so everytime.

I rebooted, it just got worse. It didnt even boot, it kept blinking black and bit lighter black.

I suspected the issue with pather and theme, so I booted into windows 7, and found the location of the theme.

There I deleted it and also all the themes from AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows.

And since that didnt help, it kept blinking. I then booted into other os again, where I visited site's patcher, and followed uninstall steps, I must say I couldnt set theme back to default due to me being unable to even access login screen.

And yes I did try Safe Boot.

If there is any way to fix this from boot menu I wish to know of it.

Or anything else I can do.

I have 2 hdd's

First has my windows 7 (from which I am writting this reply) ( C:\ )

Second has my windows 8 (the trouble) and Kubuntu. ( D:\ )

the username on win8 is atweb_000 (atleast name of the Users folder)

I really need that boot fixed, I have quite alot of project in progress under that boot, and they wont seem to work under windows 7...

So any help appriciated!
