Microsoft will hold its second Windows 8 developer conference, called BUILD 2012, in late October at its corporate campus in Redmond, Washington. The first BUILD conference, held in September 2011, kicked off Microsoft's engagement with developers around Windows 8. The new show will likely continue that conversation and add related products such as Windows Phone.
