Winunleaked.info, the most popular website for breaking Windows 8 news claims that the current build for Windows 8 RTM is now 8523.0.win8_rtm.120723-1815. It shows that Microsoft continues to tweak and change elements in Windows 8 in the days leading up to its final version.
I think these numbers tell us how close Microsoft is to the final version. What do you think?
P.S. It's still not sure if the RTM build will be 8600 or not AFAIK.
