The aim of the Mozilla's Australis project is to ensure that Firefox looks and feels the same on all the platforms. You can read more about it here.

Mozilla Software Engineer Jared Wein has now uploaded a Windows-only Firefox 16.01 build so that interested users can give a test to this new UI.

Firefox now needs Webkit engine for officially being called Chrome... :whistle:

It looks beautiful, but i'm afraid that people are going to mistake that for chrome.

I guess I will not feel the difference under linux with menu enabled.

lol, chrome envy? .. having said that, man, i wish that Chrome had that "active tab only" graphic. sweet!
