Windows 8 RTM will be build 8600 and will be compiled in August, Win8China reports. If it turns out to be true, we will all have our hands on Windows 8 by the time the holiday season comes around, a crucial time for Microsoft. The site also has uploaded a few screenshots that show off the new UI theme that will be shipping with the RTM version of Windows 8.

Thats a good option. Hope MS will put an effort to make the whole UI consistent.
(No high hopes though)

It would look a lot better on the white theme if they would remove the 1px grey line from the inside of the window border.

Oh very nice.. :woot: the white theme looks clean and we can really focus on what we really need to do on our PC (no distractions of translucent effect), still Aero is awesome. Hope they wont remove it on windows 8, instead options to Aero or Classic.

Off Topic: white theme (concept) looks like my own blog :D (maybe i'll remove the gradients thingy and make metro FLAT style)...

what I want to say about Windows 8 is; 2 environments on 1 OS... Just hoping that non-touch device will be the classic UI (like windows xp/vista/7) and give us a start menu like on windows 8, while touch devices will be metro as default.

I dont say Windows 8 is bad, actually its cool, just give us an option to work only in one environment not both..

Unfortunately, it's not going to happen. The old start menu code was already stripped before even the Consumer Preview, if I remember correctly. Aero code has also been removed, as far as those that have recent builds can tell. Even on the taskbar, which is still transparent, there is no Aero blur.

The 3-D icon right next to IE Icon's in Taskbar represents a switch button maybe (from Metro to Classic or vice-versa)

Maybe they removed the Hover feature to switch desktop Interface.
But now it looks good.
That hover feature looked ugly.....

Still I'll stick with ma Win 7 as long as updates come in to fix vulnerabilities in 7. :D

I think I will continue to use Debian as my primary OS until it will provide LXDE option.
I don't want to see Windows 8 as my OS, I will use and now I use it only when it is nessesary to run something for Windows, i.e. Visual Studio.
