Cinemagraphs are still photographs in which a minor and repeated movement occurs. Cinemagraphs, which are usually published in an animated GIF format, can give the illusion that the viewer is watching a video.

I don't think you can use gifs or in other words they wouldn't move then. Try this third party program: http://www.dreamscene.org/

fancy name for a picture format made in the 80's.....
dint give it a fancy name, just call it a gif. call it what it is.
