The PC version is also in third-person unlike the previous Ghost Recon games. :)

I got the chance to try out the Beta and i loved it! Since i played some Advanced Warfighter 2 Demo on Xbox 360, it really is giving you a familiar feeling to the game and know that this IS Ghost Recon, many games dont have this feeling.

The free game "Ghost Recon Online" is also very immersive to be a free game - feels familiar also. The downsides is that your beginning weapons sucks and have to earn hardearned money ingame to purchase new ones.

Third-person shooters were never popular on PC. This genre is wildly popular with console players but I'm very much impressed by what I saw so far in Ghost Recon Future Soldier. Now when Max Payne also has multiplayer mode, Mass Effect's co-op has been praised a lot, Spec Ops: The Line is coming soon and Ghost Recon Future Soldier has scored pretty good on Metacritic, I think third-person shooters will soon become popular with PC players.
