Google has just released Chrome 19 to the stable channel, bringing to the table a feature that the beta and dev channel users have been enjoying with for a while now - Tab Synchronization!

From now on, all tabs opened in Chrome on one device are readily accessible on another through the newly introduced "Other devices" menu at the bottom of the new tab page, if you are signed into the browser with your Google account.

Bookmarks, apps, extensions, history, themes, and other settings are also synchronized between devices.

It is on the (Firefox Menu) -> History -> Tabs from other Computers or in classic menubar, History | Tabs from Other Computers.
For what its worth, it had been present in Firefox since version 4. I do not know, however, if it has the same function as what Chrome now has since I don't use Chrome and might never will.
