Just digged out this old version of photoshop CS4 as I need to get some photos edited asap for a college project.
I have installed CS4, and recieved the "Missing application components" error. I saw a old post on this site where users installed the locales.zip and it worked, but since then the links are no longer available.
Does anyone have this file? Think it will do the trick!
