Recently released Windows 8 Consumer Preview build comes with new "Betta Fish" boot screen as shown in following screenshot:



If you want to get a look-like boot screen in Windows 7, you can download it using following link:

Download Windows 8 Boot Screen for 7

You'll need Windows 7 Boot Updater freeware to apply it. If you face any problem in applying the boot screen, you can check out following topic:

Hello bro VG,

I would like to ask you if How can I apply this using the BootUpdater. Im using dual boot Win8 and Win7..

when Im in Win7 & run the Bootupdater choose your startup bs7, when I hit apply it gives me an error...
Do you have any ways to overcome that?

^^ Its a problem with Windows 7 Boot Updater. I think it has some problem with Windows 8 boot files.
