After Qualcomm's announcement of partnership with Microsoft to give out Windows ARM PCs to developers, now Nvidia also announces that it has started providing Tegra 3 test machines to both Windows 8 software developers and device manufacturers.

This is all part of Microsoft's plan to build a thriving Windows 8 for ARM ecosystem by the time the OS launches, both in terms of software and available devices. If you are like me who is very much interested in Windows on ARM (WOA), you now have at least two potential options to chose from. :D
