I have had a few SFF PCs before, and upgrading has always been an issue.
From the size of the picture, IF your PC has a PCI Express slot, and the space for the fans on the card to the side, i would say yes.
SFF PCs means that the case is small, and that normally, all replaceable internal cards should work. Pretty much the case is just not a tower or a midsize.

Another thing you've got to watch for is whether or not the power supply will be able to handle it.

Do you have a fullsize PCI Express slot?

The case needs to be at least 7 inches wide.

This PC uses a standard PCI-E connector and will be able to take any standard PCI-E low profile graphics card.

Low profile only cards are build with space saving in mind, you will not find any cards with huge fans on as that defeats the idea of a low profile card

You have to bear in mind, that some cards might come with the low profile faceplates, but it might not fit as its not specifically designed for low profile machines.

So the card you have linked us to most likely wont fit as the fan takes up another slot, so unless that space in clear inside the machine, it wont fit in

About THE most lowprofile card you can find is a Geforce 210. It sucks. I have it on my old PC but it still manages to play Skyrim on low.

Look into a Raedon HD 5570 if your PSU can take it.

I have a Dell 980 SFF using a Raedon 5570 1GB video card works fine!
So the power supplies on both the SFF 980 & 990 will handle this card!
