After we Buy & installed the App
& latter we Clean our device for some reason
or install a Rom can we Reinstall the App for Free or will need to Pay again ?
how will it know our Do we need to ask for some code ?
Any must buy Apps ?

Yes. You can reinstall the apps after purchase and uninstall. Make sure you give the market system time to register that you own it. If you uninstall it immediately, it will refund you and make you have to buy the app later. I usually buy the apps just to have them and the next day uninstall what I don't need so I can still have lots of space and the app available if I need it..
