I am a new member, joined yesterday. I am logged in but every time I try to access this link, "http://www.winmatrix...windows-7-mat/" I get the message, "You do not have permission to view this topic. " How can I access the link. I would like to download a zip file from there to convert my XP Home edition ti XP Tablet edition.
