A video demo of a now working Metro style Start Menu replacement. The UI is not final, almost everything is open for discussion and suggestion.
and yes, you you know what my voice sounds like.

Thanks. You may have had to have had to have turned up the volume, i tend to be very soft spoken, that is, until i get excited. Then all i do is yell.

When i heard that voice i thought it was very familiar.. and then "oh wait, i have spoken to that voice myself.. cool" xD

Nice app.. i think i would prefer this one before Metro Screen to look for my applications IF i would change to Windows 8 and there is no turning back to use Windows original start menu.

Yeah I think i will add that in as an option that you can use, or not.

So I know that I said that I would release what I am calling mStart, but I just found out that I have a family get-together today, and those always last hours and hours.
So the release will be delayed for tomorrow. and thats a good thing, because i dont have the code in for when you click an item for the menu to go away and such, just a few nit-picks.

Anyway, yall have a happy day. I get to see my family today (that happens about 5-6 times a year, so it is special to me.)

Oh! and if you Have to have a working demo today, go ask *+Eugene Cheung on G+* or http://deathshot39.deviantart.com (both the same person) he has a working build from last night. If he gives it out it is ok with me, just understand, some code is not in, and it isnt really ready for the public. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If you mean the tiles, i gladly accept new ideas and submissions for them, just make sure they are a square format, that is, 128x128, 96x96, etc...
