You can download Windows 8 Developer Preview (Build 8102 M3) later tonight at 8PM PST (11PM EST). This includes a 64-bit (x64) build with development tools to build apps and a 32bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) build without development tools. The releases also include a suite of sample applications. The ISOs can be downloaded from from http://dev.windows.com

Upgrade from Windows 7 installation is not supported for pre-release code; only clean installs are supported. Reminder: It is not a beta release.

Update: The download link is live now!

Thanks for the news Frylock86

No expiry date? :o

Why should there be one. It's only a preview. Not even beta. I'm not gonna try it. I'll wait for something stable.

I bought a Windows 7 slate earlier this year and it's pretty hopeless. Can't wait to download this bad boy and install it instead.

Just remember, this "Developer Preview" that is not yet a Beta means that it is an Alpha. Just a warning. With that having been said, Just re-installed Virtual Box, Gonna D/L the Dev x86 version.
