It has a password reset program you can boot from the cd, and run that to remove your windows password
Also, If its XP, if you startup in safemode, and then when you are at the welcome screen, press CTRL, ALT, DEL twice, it should open the login box
Type in Administrator and login to that account, then remove the password from you account
If its Windows 7 or Vista, if you press F8 at boot to enter the boot options menu, and choose REPAIR, then go into the repair console and open a command prompt, at the command prompt type
net user administrator /active:yes
then reboot, and you will have the administrator account login available to remove your password from

Download a 500-600 MB cd just for resetting your password? ... no...Download "Hirens Boot CD"
Download what i said, the download is roughly only 276 Mb.
http://www.sysresccd.org/Main_Page
and to prove that it can reset the admin password...
Examples of interesting things you can do
Disaster Recovery:
restore a broken windows system using ntfsclone/partimage
restore a tarball of your linux operating system and reinstall grub
Hard disk partitioning and administration tasks
format the hard disk and reinstall a copy of the operating system
resize your partitions
reinstall the grub boot loader
Fix a critical problem
fix a boot problem (fsck fails at boot time)
reset the root password of your windows system with the ntpass floppy disk image
reset the root password of your linux system by chrooting on it
so have fun. when you reset the admin password, just reboot in to windows and log in as the admin and reset your personal password.

Hirens is more than just a password reset cd, packed with a load of very useful utilities.
And also do a little research before posting
