Guys, time to update your Personalization Panel
Latest version is 1.2.0.1
* fixed the custom color box. It becomes white when you select custom color. Not big issue, but anyway - fixed.
+ Sound plays when you change theme. This was in early versions but was buggy and disabled. Finally, got it working.
+ Color transitions from current to new.

How do I use this file: http://winreview.ru/request.php?40? I'm using W7 HB and I've installed the personalization panel. But I don't know how to force patch Aero Glass.

Looks like many people prefer to use my Personalization Panel instead of any other tools and patches. Even more, they have donated money to me to support futher development.
Well, i decide to continue and have implemented themes creation and will create desktop slideshow engine. Currently i work on themepack creation.
So,Guest_james_*, you can wait for new release of Personalization Panel, or you can use my StarterDesktopSlideShow software.
It adds desktop slideshow feature to Windows 7 Starter and does exactly what you need.

-Fixed metrics reset between themes
-Code optimization
-Fixed installer: double language selection prompt was removed
-Installer does not open any sites without user request anymore
-Added "save a theme" feature. It allows you to save your current appearance as
.theme file.
-Added simple "check for update" system
-Rebranding. Now personalization panel is a part on Winaero.com project, not Winreview.ru

HI Have been using an older version of personalisation panel on win7 starter for a while now and it has been fantastic. after a critical windows update my wallpaper has reverted to the default screen and can not be changed with my version of panel. I have upgraded to vers 2.5 but still nothing can be changed.
wondered if anyone had any thoughts on this?
