Wow, thats a great list of features, I'm especially interested at the fact that OEMs can tailor Windows to the way they want it, sounds like they're learning from GNU/Linux and Android.

Though what would windows look like on a homebuilt pc? :unsure:

Probably just bare bones.

Kind of like unmodified Android looks on a phone.

That brings us to the wonders of MS's UI development. I cant imagine anything beyond Windows 7 xD
