Chose never because I usually never reinstall unless I get some messed up virus or after like 3 years. I honestly hate reinstalling XP because it takes forever to reinstall all your programs again, and also to do all the tweaks to make XP, firefox etc faster. It's just easier not to do reinstall Windows.

Not enough options.

The only time I reinstall is when a new service pack is released so that I can test my custom installation disc.

True XP is a pain to set back up, and all its updates, which really deserve a SP4 there are so many, Windows 7 on the other hand is more or less ready after the last driver is installed

Only thing I hate is forgetting to save my game saves

When i used xp i used to reinstall windows a lot. At least once in 2 months. Main reasons were some fcuking virus attacks or messing up os by myself. (in those days i was simply a noob). But now with a good Antivirus (avast earlier now NOD 32 now), malwarebytes and me learning many lessons from those noob days experiences i dont have to reinstall windows. I voted for the 4th option. Hopefully next reinstallation when windows 8 comes. Unless win 7 sp1 messes up every thing.

Never because I personally find it time consuming and irritating.

I used to reinstall XP but that was only due to Windows rot.

Usually about once or twice a year. I've slowed down on reinstalls since I built my computer, since my laptop needed to run at a decent speed.

I do it every few months because I like starting up from fresh again. Runs faster and I get a weird satisfaction when I install everything again lol.

I usually end up reinstalling twice a year. Its inevitable that widows will release an update that conflicts with my system.

I reinstall abotut every 6-8 months, or when the computer becomes a slow rock, whichever comes first. :P

Every 2-3 months. just finished up installing Vista all of 2 days ago! I used vLite to slipstream SP1 in to it, along with Chrome Channel setter, 7-zip, and that is pretty much it.
