Is this the one they're going to bundled inside the Windows Installation in the future?

Ya, most of the important functions are present (looks like). This might be enough for me ...

lmaoo I wish it was that easy in my school

On a kinda random note, what font does MS Office use in the titlebar - is it Calibri or Segoe UI?

No equation editor makes it a deal breaker for me.

But Office 2007 is really good enough, so if I can't get Office 2010 with a school discount (depending one when it's released), I really won't be that upset.

Mathtype (if/when its compatible) would be a reasonable replacement.

Office 2007 would be fine for me if crap didn't get disabled due to lack of 64 bit support.

Office 2007 64bit please.

Doesn't really matter if you tack starter to the name. Sounds like Apple, trying to pass off two programs under an Office moniker.

Unfortunately Mathtype with the student discount is about as much as Office 2007 is with the student discount. I might as well get Office and get the best bang for my buck. The equation editor that comes with Office 2007 is more than enough for what I need it for.

You can also get

for free aswell and that includes nearly everything.

Here's the link

We know that the beta is free. We're talking about when it's released. Office 2010 Pro won't be free, only Starter.

Too bad, no PowerPoint. I use it often so Starter won't be an option for me :-(
