They did just 10, and I have no doubt they knew they would get through prior to testing.

Its easy to bend test results in your favor, when you are in control of them.

They want a true test? Let a neutral firm do it that has nothing to gain.

If it can't stop malwares then why they added it? It's annoying to click multiple times to do simple tasks. :angry:

Like I said, I find it interesting that they are not mentioning whether the user had to allow it, or if it bypassed it altogether.

As I mentioned before, 10 hand picked viruses are not representative at all.

I think it has been proved in some previous tests that UAC can stop some malwares.

Protect your self and be careful to use internet and removeable drive it best way.
