I use Firefox on computers that have 1 GB of RAM or more. Other than that, I use Google Chrome.

At home, I can't live without my addons! At school, I only have 512 MB of RAM at my disposal. :P

At school they blocked FFX portable, I almost cried

How is that possible?

I don't really use addons, so I can live without them. I use chrome. I simply adore it's speed and lightweightedness. Chrome's UI also sits nicely and is simple. I laik. :D

Most popular browser by far, Internet Explorer. Most popular browser you'll find via a poll on a tech forum, Firefox 9 chances out of 10. The vast majority of the users of the interwebnets don't use visit these sites.

Google Chrome for Browsing
Mozilla Firefox for Downloading

I hate how chrome doesn't have the "open" option like every other browser has, so I found myself using firefox to download torrents

firefox is not for nerds. It's for those people intermediate of nerdiness and tech-ignorance. Fx for nerds means that approx 21% of people are nerds. That's scary.

We know who gonna win this.. If Microsoft got IE for its OSes, we got Firefox for Ubuntu.. Just wait till Ubuntu get more people to use it and Firefox will conquer the world.

I actually use the following depending on what I am doing:

Firefox for daily browsing
IE for Windows operations/updates, etc.
Opera when I have a lot of things that I am downloading
Chrome for playing around with sites that I normally would use IE
Arora for playing around with sites that I normally would use Firefox

Does anyone know if there are any posts/polls for email clients?
I am between Windows Live Mail and Zimbra and trying to decide
if need to change to something else (modern, compatible with various clients)

Internet Explorer 7 - 'till the world blows up!

I have the latest version of Firefox on standby.

I personally do not use nor do I recommend using Internet Explorer 8 - it does not "play well" with others and it's much harder to secure...

If you know how to lock it down, harden, and secure it, Internet Explorer can be just as safe (and just as fast) as all the others!

I should write a guide for this topic one day...
