Zune 4.0, the latest update to the Zune family, is now available.

The PC software is really beautiful, and is optimized for Windows 7, with the new taskbar integration, Jump Lists support, Live Taskbar Previews, Aero Snap support, Mini Player mode, and option to add the playback controls to the taskbar, yes, you read that right, just like the old WMP deskband!(right-click on taskbar, choose Toolbars, and then choose Zune). There are new features like Quick Play and Smart DJ. The complete user experience is so much improved, and is a pleasure to use.

I'm already thinking of making Zune 4.0 my default multimedia player, switching from WMP 12, which, I like too by the way.

As you know, I'm a fan user of Winamp since...ever?
That's because of some features that I can't find on other players, for example: Queue Feature. By just pressing the 'Q' key, I'm choosing the next song of the playlist to be played without having to change the order of the songs (I always like to have my music perfectly tagged and ordered).

I'll give Zune a try, and see if it has something to catch me.

How do I get the jumplists to work... all I get is "Shuffle all music". Nothing else.

you have to use the player then it will pick the most played. so give it one or two days.

Terrible slow, can't log in because it's not available in my country, and I can't find a taskbar color that goes well with 'Now Playing' window. Bah, I was so excited, but Ms disapointed me again. -.-
