I have 2 WD Caviar Black 500GB hard drives with 32MB cache in a RAID 0 configuration and all that I get is a 5.9 rating.
I got the same rating with a single 36GB Raptor.

T2300 Intel CPU.. its like something I've seen in the toilet.. except my processor smells worse, runs slower, and is probably more primitive than it.

It's at 1.3 ghz. There's a phone coming out with a 1.0 ghz processor. LOLOLOL

If you're using Win7 and ATI beta drivers then it's a known issue.
