Can't link to it, the anime site I find wallpapers from tends to have a whole lot of pronz if you don't use the work safe version. It's called kona chan, if you don't use the work safe version just remember that you were warned lol. An alternative website that has alot of konachans wallpapers without the risk to be exposed to M-rated material is called deskscapes I think.

I guess that's the quick launch, and the seperators are actually random shortcuts with changed icon to look like a seperator.

Maybe it's the resizers for a whole bunch of toolbars, I've seen some themes that have lines instead of that dotted section.

Maybe windows 7 has it...

my mistake, it was desktop nexus not deskscapes. Deskscapes is a stardock website lol. Google either website and it'll be the first link.

I love this website, it was so hard to find wallpapers that fit my desktop and most were 16:10. This resizes them for you

It's an Empty shortcut. When you click it nothing happens.
